    Hot Stamp Foiling

    Hot stamp foiling – covering part of the material (paper, cardboard, plastic, leather, textile) with foil. The purpose of hot stamp foiling – is to provide the product the impression of a metallized surface and luxury.

    Usage

    Foil is often used to highlight printing elements on book and magazine covers, packaging, business cards, labels, binders and folders.

    Equipment and formats

    • small sizes and short print runs jobs are produced on 1020 x 720 mm format equipment.
    • large sizes and larger print runs jobs are produced on 1300 x 900 mm format equipment.
    • large size and continuous-format jobs are produced on 880 x 590 mm format equipment.

    UV Varnishing

    UV varnishing – technology, when a sheet or part of it is covered with UV varnish. UV varnish gives paper softness or roughness, shine impression. We can varnish on paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, plastic, plexiglass, hard binding or material covered covers.  We provide structural, embossed (3D), micro varnishing services.

    Usage

    Like hot stamp foil, UV varnish is commonly used to highlight print elements on book and magazine covers, packaging, business cards, labels, diplomas, binders and folders, flyers.

    Equipment and formats

    • small sizes and complex jobs are produced on semi-automatic 1250 x 880 mm format equipment.
    • large print runs, uncomplicated jobs are produced on high-speed 1020 x 720 mm format equipment.

    Lamination

    Lamination is the process by which paper or cardboard is coated with a laminate film. We can do both cold and hot lamination. Depending on the material chosen, the coated surface can have a soft, rough or glossy effect.

    Usage

    Laminate is typically used to cover books or magazines, to give the above effects or to protect them.

    Silkscreen Printing

    Silkscreen printing is the most popular stencil printing technique. Silkscreen prints can be printed on any paper, fabric, plastic, wood, glass surface.

    Usage

    Silkscreen printing is used for packaging, book covers and business cards.

    Embossing

    Embossing – a printing technique in which a cliché produced according to a desired design is stamped on the surface of paper or cardboard, thus creating a raised appearance on the good side of the product.

    Usage

    Most commonly, embossing is used to give packaging and book covers a visual or tangible 3D effect. A particularly effective result is obtained by combining embossing with a partial UV varnish or hot stamp foiling.

    Cutting

    Cutting is the process by which the desired product is cut from a sheet of selected raw material according to the shape of the pick. The product to be cut may be paper, cardboard, corrugated board, plastic, leather, rubber, felt, foam, foam board, various synthetic fabrics, cork, wood and other similar materials.

    Usage

    Mostly cutting is used in packaging, but can also be used in the production of books and binders.
